By accessing or using Gkeeper ("Service") at gkeeper.azulcomputing.com, operated by Azul Computing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
The Service is provided for authorised users to access governance, on-call, and maintenance orchestration features. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems.
3. Account and access
Access may be granted by Azul Computing or your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms or a security risk.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding data you provide), is owned by Azul Computing or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azul Computing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
